Hotel booking policy:

Important: Please be informed that hotel bookings through bnetwork online portal are exclusively for ITMA 2027 participants. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation(s) in case registration for the event has not been done.

Payment policy:

- Upon confirmation of booking, a deposit corresponding to 75% of the total cost of your reservation is requested to secure your hotel booking, You can pay for reservations by credit card or wire transfer. If paying by credit card, you will be charged for the full length of stay (plus a +2.5% transaction fee) at time of booking. Once payment is received you will receive your confirmation.

- By 12 May 2027: An additional 25% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 100% of the total reserved allotment.

- Failure to pay the remaining 25% deposit by 12 May 2027 will result in cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of all deposits paid.

- From 13 May 2027: Any additional booking must be paid at the same time of booking. Bookings without payment will not be confirmed.

Final invoice will be issued and provided by the hotel upon check out.

Important: You are authorizing bnetwork to charge the provided credit card as per the following cancellation policy. Please note this charge will show "BNETWORK15" on your credit card statement.

Cancellation Policy:

- From booking confirmation up to 12 May 2027, you will be refunded 100% of your reservation in the event of a cancellation or reduction of stay.

- From 13 May to 13 July 2027, in case of cancellation of reservation(s) or reduction of stay, you will be refunded 50% of your reservation in the event of a cancellation or reduction of stay, 50% non-refundable cancellation fee will be applied.

- From 14 July 2027, all reservations are 100% non-refundable. This includes cancellation and shortening of stay. 100% non-refundable cancellation fee will be applied.

A transaction fee of 2.5% will be applied to payments made by credit card. This fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Cancellations shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email at the following address: itmahotels@bnetwork.com. Penalties may apply. Penalties may apply based upon cancellation policy. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation within 24 business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET (Central European Time).

Reservation Modification Changes: All reservation(s) modifications can be made through the website "My account" section at https://itmahotels.bnetwork.com or in writing via email itmahotels@bnetwork.com. If emailing, please include your unique reservation code. Subject to availability, changes will be confirmed by bnetwork within 24 hours Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET (Central European Time).

Hotel booking policy (from 5 bookings)

Important: please be informed that room blocks performed through bnetwork, official accommodation agency for ITMA 2027, is exclusively dedicated to companies participating in ITMA 2027. bnetwork reserves the right to cancel the room block in case the company cancels its participation to such event.

Payment policy

Upon confirmation of booking, a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total cost of your night by night allotment is requested to secure your hotel allotment.

By May 12th 2027, an additional 45% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 75% of the total cost of your night by night allotment.

By July 13th 2027, an additional 25% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 100% of the total cost of your night by night allotment.

Failure to pay any deposit will result in cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of all deposits paid.

-From July 14th 2027, any additional booking must be paid in the moment of making the reservation. Bookings without payment will not be confirmed

Cancellation policy

From confirmation until February 11th 2027, in case of full cancellation of the pre-booked allotment per hotel, you are committed to pay 10% of the deposit paid as administrative cancellation fees penalty. Partial cancellation is allowed without penalty.

Between February 12th 2027 and May 12th 2027, 50% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

Between May 13th 2027 and July 13th 2027, 35% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

Between July 13th 2027 and August 10th 2027, 10% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

Between August 11th 2027 and August 25th 2027, 5% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

From August 26th 2027, 100% of the night by night allotment is due in case of cancellation or reduction. We regret that no refund can be made.
