Hotel booking policy

Important: please be informed that room blocks performed through bnetwork, official accommodation agency for ITMA 2027, is exclusively dedicated to companies participating in ITMA 2027. bnetwork reserves the right to cancel the room block in case the company cancels its participation to such event.

Payment policy

Upon confirmation of booking, a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total cost of your night by night allotment is requested to secure your hotel allotment.

By 12 May 2027, an additional 45% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 75% of the total cost of your night by night allotment. 

By 13 July 2027, an additional 25% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 100% of the total cost of your night by night allotment. 

Failure to pay any deposit will result in cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of all deposits paid.

From 14 July 2027, any additional booking must be paid in the moment of making the reservation. Bookings without payment will not be confirmed

Cancellation policy

From confirmation until 11 March 2027, in case of full cancellation of the pre-booked allotment per hotel, you are committed to pay 10% of the deposit paid as administrative cancellation fees penalty. Partial cancellation is allowed without penalty.

Between 12 March 2027 and 12 May 2027, 50% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

Between 13 May 2027 and 13 July 2027, 35% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

Between 13 July 2027 and 10 August 2027, 10% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

Between 11 August 2027 and 25 August 2027, 5% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

From 26 August 2027, 100% of the night by night allotment is due in case of cancellation or reduction. We regret that no refund can be made.

Cancellations shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email at the following address:  itmahotels@bnetwork.com. Penalties may apply. Penalties may apply based upon cancellation policy. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation within 24 business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET (Central European Time).
